What We Are Looking For
The Manufacturing Leadership Awards, now in their 14th year, honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Manufacturing Leadership Awards judges are looking for projects and individual manufacturing leaders that have demonstrated achievement across a wide variety of domains including sustainability, operational excellence, innovation, supply chain management, and others.
Judges tend to prefer projects and individual achievements that have enabled manufacturers to set themselves apart from their competitors and that have delivered clear and compelling value, return on investment, and other tangible results. Please answer all questions on the form, providing judges with as much detail as possible, particularly pertaining to the project or individual achievement, strategic objectives, industry background, and details such as competitive impact, ROI, and other measurable benefits.
Nominations may be coordinated by partners, but manufacturers that have nominations submitted on their behalf must approve the nomination. Please include contact information for the project’s executive sponsor and project leader, and PR/communications manager. (In the event your nomination is successful, we will coordinate with your PR/communications team to get the word out.) The Manufacturing Leadership Council validates the information submitted by nominees and their partners. Nominees will be contacted by Manufacturing Leadership Council researchers.
Who Are the Awards For
The Manufacturing Leadership Awards are for manufacturing companies. The Manufacturing Leadership Awards Program does, however, also recognize partners that have enabled winning nominations. These companies are eligible to be identified as ML Awards Partners and are selected based on an evaluation of nominations by ML Awards judges and the Manufacturing Leadership Council research team.
