Global Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and Enterprise Systems
Dennis Hoeg is vice president of global manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, and enterprise systems.
Hoeg is responsible for the company’s manufacturing competency, manufacturing technology development, new product industrialization, lean improvements, and implementation of enterprise systems. He has successfully implemented Nexteer’s manufacturing traceability, product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing execution system (MES), and material movement systems and their digital linkages across the company.
He is a member of the Nexteer Strategy Council, the company’s top strategy and policymaking body and is also an officer of the company. Prior to his current assignment, Hoeg has held several executive positions in engineering, program management, manufacturing, and global supply management.
Hoeg received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University in 1978 and a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University in 1983 through a General Motors fellowship.
